You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept unworn or unused returns for replacement or a full refund within 14 days unless there are manufacturer terms in operation on the item.
Our returns address will be notified to you on application as the returns address will depend on the actual supplier.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be provided. Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging or wrapped to prevent further damage. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued.
Stramatel and Favero operate a repair warranty on faulty goods. All electrical goods are checked before leaving their factories and if a fault develops the goods may need to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement after checking by them. Their warranty is labour and parts only and does not cover cost of return of goods to factory under their EU warranty terms.
Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package if using Royal Mail who do charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest that if you return the parcel by Royal Mail to use Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar.
We will not refund the original postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items or sizing issues, so please contact us regarding sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure. We are charged a non refundable carriage charge by couriers to deliver goods in good faith. Unwanted items returned for refund are done so at your own expense. Items dispatched direct from a supplier and subsequently returned for exchange to a different size or model may also be liable to an additional delivery charge subject to that suppliers own terms.
Unprinted (plain) UK Sports Kits supplied in good faith and subsequently returned without fault are subject to a manufacturers minimum 15% restocking charge and original delivery cost. Printed kits cannot be returned unless faulty. Non UK kits, ie imported kits, usually from European warehouses, are supplied under their respective manufacturers terms and conditions and all of these manufacturers take an order in good faith, which is paid for in advance, and will not refund any monies on non faulty goods whether printed or plain.
Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and a refund will not be given.
