Please note that all our Basketball Backboard installations are supplied with a backboard support frame/bar as standard to spread the weight off the ring onto the arms during play. Not all installers do this and consequently a single metal plate fixed behind the board to hold the ring on can lead to the board breaking during robust play!!
The height adjustable basketball practice unit is designed to take all the rigours of Basketball play whilst offering the versatility of height adjustment to allow for the differing programmes.
Height adjustable basketball practice unit of steel construction with a gas shock system to adjust from senior level basketball playing height to junior level basketball playing height in seconds! (3050mm to 2600mm)
Standard basketball units come with a 600mm extension support frame and a 120 x 90cm basketball backboard.
Also available as competition size, height adjustable, wooden basketball backboards (1800 x 1050 x 20mm).
Basketball backboards are available with either solid basketball rings or flex basketball rings. The flex basketball ring allows for basketball players dunking on the basketball ring and reduces the risk of damage to the basketball unit.
Longer extension arm versions are also available. Please ask for a quote.
